Dr. Haley Carpenter and her practice manager, Tiffany Castillo, have worked closely together since 2024. 

Dr. Carpenter began her dedicated plastic surgery training in 2018, while Tiffany previously worked as an aesthetician before transitioning into plastic surgery practice management. Together, they bring more than 26 years of combined experience in the beauty and plastic surgery world.
