Tiffany Castillo, Practice Manager

Tiffany Castillo is Dr. Carpenter’s office manager at Vitruvian Institute. She joined Dr. Carpenter in 2024 after spending more than 15 years working with Dr. Carpenter’s retired senior partner, Dr. Leigh Phillips. During that time, Tiffany served as practice manager for 11 years. With a total of 18 years in the plastic surgery industry, Tiffany truly loves what she does.

She enjoys guiding patients through every step of their journey and making sure they have the best experience possible from the moment they call the office. For Tiffany, the most rewarding part of her job is when patients return to share how happy they are with their results and how the procedures have changed their lives. Being part of that journey and watching their confidence grow is incredibly special.
